Deputy Nursing Home Manager-RGN
Salary: £26k + , in line with experience. Full Time
We are looking to recruit a Deputy Manager to deliver high quality care.
This exciting role is to promote a caring environment for clients through the provision of high standards of professional practise which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the clients, and to ensure the smooth running of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to take a leading role in the development and growth of this business and scope to achieve both significant, personal fulfillment and professional development .
The applicant must be a registered nurse, with leadership skills and care home experience. It is a full time day shift post.
